ABOUT BLUE SILICON

Blue Silicon are specialist recruitment consultants working with Rail, Construction and Engineering. We specialise in finding new jobs for rare skill-set candidates within the rail and construction industries, including signalling designers, project managers, planners, civil and construction engineers, permanent way engineers and designers, and site managers and agents. We deal with contract and permanent roles throughout the UK, Europe, and overseas.

We're pretty unique in the way that we work. We do advertise some of our rail and construction jobs, however over 90% of our rail and construction candidates are referred to us by other candidates who have been delighted with our service, and who recommend us time and time again.

We don't hold a redundant database of candidates, and we don't maintain a redundant database of jobs. We don't try to squeeze square pegs into round holes. We find the right job for the right person at the right time, making life a lot easier for our candidates and clients.
