Refer a friend, colleague, company or manager,
and receive up to £250 when a placement is made.
Lots of our candidates recommend us to their friends and
colleagues. We have a strict corporate policy regarding
referrals - if a person recommended to us is placed in a
new job by Blue Silicon, we send the referrer a finders
fee to say 'thank you'. As a matter of policy, we keep
the referrer's details strictly confidential (though we are
quite happy for you to tell the candidate you have
recommended them if you wish to).
HOW OUR FINDERS FEE SYSTEM WORKS
Referring New Candidates
-
Complete the finders fee form to provide
us with the details of the person you are referring,
together with details of the vacancy you are
referring them for if you have a specific vacancy in mind.
-
We will contact the candidate immediately, but will
not disclose who has referred them to us.
-
When the candidate has been placed by us and has commenced
their new job, we send you a cheque for the finders fee.
Details of Finders Fees for Candidate Referrals
-
For a referred candidate who is placed in a permanent role,
we will pay £250 after the candidate has been in place
for four weeks.
-
For a referred candidate who is placed into a long-term
contract role, we will pay £250, after the candidate
has completed their first two months of the contract.
-
For a candidate who is placed into a short-term contract
(less than two months), we will pay £150, after the
candidate has completed the contract.
The fees shown above are our standard finders fees, however for some
specific roles we will offer higher finders fees - details of these
will be incorporated within vacancy details on our website.
Please note - if you have not spoken with the candidate before
referring them, the situation may arise where we already have the
candidate's details, and if this is the case, they would not qualify
for a finders fee unless you are referring them for a specific vacancy
for which they have not yet been submitted. Obviously, under the
terms of the Data Protection Act, we are unable to advise you who
is on our database; however, please rest assured that our automated
system logs referrals, candidate details and CV submissions all with
dates, and will therefore ensure that we always pay a finders fee
where it is rightly due.
Referring New Clients
-
Complete the finders fee form
to provide us with the name of the manager or company you are referring, together with
any specific requirement details if known.
-
We will contact the manager or company immediately, though will only disclose who has
recommended them if you wish us to.
-
When we successfully place a candidate with the manager or company, and the candidate has
commenced their new job, we send you a cheque for the finder's fee
